After BSNL, MTNL to Offer 2GB of 3G Data Per Day Along With Unlimited Calling at Rs. 319 from April 1

Another state-run telecom operator, MTNL now come up with their 90 days promotional plan that offers similar benefits as the BSNL’s Rs. 339 plan. MTNL introduced the plan yesterday and said that it would be available to recharge from April 1, 2017. Being a promotional plan, it will be out there in the market for 90 days, and later on, the company will modify the plan according to the market scenario.

The MTNL Rs. 319 pack offers the same benefits of BSNL’s Rs. 339 scheme. It provides the same 2GB of data per day for 28 days along with unlimited on-net voice calling. The off-net calls are limited to just 25mins/day and charges of 25paise/min will be applicable post the daily quote of 25 minutes.

MTNL is offering this plan on the eve of its 31st anniversary. The company, in a statement, said as follows.”On its 31st anniversary, MTNL announces new plan from April 1, 2017, that offers 2 GB of 3G data per day and unlimited calling within MTNL network for Rs 319 for Delhi and Mumbai mobile customers.”

“This promotional offer is valid for 90 days. MTNL customers will also get 25 minutes of free calls to other networks every day, and after that, they will be charged 25 paise for a minute phone call,” the company added.

Aforesaid, the plan will be available to recharge from tomorrow, and a customer can recharge the plan for the next 90 days. Besides MTNL, private telecom operators such as Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular, and Vodafone are also offering same benefits, but their plans are limited to just 1GB data per day.

BSNL changed the game with the Rs. 339 plan and now MTNL is offering the same benefits in their operational circles- Mumbai and Delhi. What do you think of this plan? Will you enroll yourself in it? Let us know in the comments below.
