For first time in MP, BSNL customers to get expert advice on best tariff plans

HERE’S a good news for BSNL customers that Telecom District Jabalpur will soon start counselling of customers for selection of mobile and broadband tariff plans. BSNL Jabalpur Telecom Circle will be the first telecom district to start innovative service of providing best tariff plans to customers.
BSNL Jabalpur Telecom Circle, General Manager, Rajesh Soni, while talking to ‘The Hitavada’ informed that with an aim to provide information about tariff plans of its various telecom services, Jabalpur Telecom Circle will soon start a counselling centre for customers to provide them services according to their requirements. Telecom Officer will be deployed at customer service centre to counsel customers and help them select suitable tariff plan of prepaid and postpaid mobile, broadband plans and other telecom services in the district.


GM Rajesh Soni added that most of the mobile and broadband users remain confused while selecting best tariff plan to match their requirements at a reasonable price. Unique counselling service will benefit customers and provide them best tariff plans according to their usage and curtail unnecessary expenditure in mobile and broadband bills. Amidst revolutionary use of information technology, most of the families rely on mobile for communication with other family members and use broadband services. Mobile and broadband services turns out to be expensive and hits the monthly budget hard. People think of getting the best mobile and broadband tariff plans but in absence of expert advice and counselling services they end up compromising with any tariff plan. Customers’ counselling service will be unique and one of its kind in Madhya Pradesh for providing better tariff plans to BSNL customers and checking unnecessary expenses on mobile and broadband services.
